Cash Management Module
ATMV™ provides clients with Cash Vaulting Projections (CVP) based on the historical withdrawal activity of each ATM for a specified route. Our proprietary algorithms are customizable for special events such as holidays, IRS dates, EBT, payroll dates and other client authorized adjustments. CVP can be generated for any time period as well as for specified ATM location(s) and vaulter route(s). The CVP is used to generate periodic Planned Vaulting Routes. Other functions included in the Cash Management Module include :
- Track cash amounts received from bank/armored cars services.
- Track each ATM’s cash balance for specified periods.
- Report Inactive ATM Machines – ISO provided data.
- Report Low Balance ATM Machines – ISO provided data w/ ATMV Data including an estimate of days of cash remaining.
- Report Denied Transaction – ISO provide data
Recalculate each ATM’s end of day balance by recording each ATM’s vaulting activity and ACH withdrawals.

Vaulting Module
By utilizing the Cash Management Solutions Module, ATMV™ will provide clients with a customizable Planned Vaulting Schedule (PVS). The PVS can be customized for each vaulter, any specified time period and each ATM location. The PVS is accessed in real time basis through our ATMV phone app. Other reports and solutions in the Vaulting module include:
- Unplanned Vaulting Schedule – Clients provide their vaulters in the field with real-time messaging for additional “unplanned” vaults or modifications to the exiting PVS.
- Vaulter Cash — Real-time view of each vaulters cash balance and vaulting activity.
- ATM balance audit tool – ATMV provides clients with the ability to perform on site cash recounts through its online tool.

Reporting Module
The Reporting module allows for the download and display of ATMV™ reports in Excel, Word, or PDF. The major reports are as follows:
Cash Reconciliation - ATMV™ provides clients with all the cash activity of their business in one report including surcharges received, vendor payments made, payroll expense, ACH deposits and all customer withdrawals. ATMV will process and reconcile the daily activity from both the owner’s bank accounts and ISOs on an automated basis. Other reports available are:
- Variance between ISO cash vaulting amounts by location versus ATMV recorded amounts.
- Variance between ISO end of day ATM Balances and ATMV calculated end of day ATM Balances.
- ACH deposits – reconciliation of each bank ACH deposits versus the ISO ACH amounts.
- Variance between daily vaulting amounts reported per ATMV and the ISO vaulting amounts.
ATMV™ can also display ISO or 3rd party authorized data in multiple formats. Examples of this data include but are not limited to:
- Transaction data provided by ISO including withdrawals and surcharges
- Cash balances in each ATM Machines – ISO provided data
- Monthly/periodic surcharges – ISO provide data
- Top/Bottom ATM location performers – ISO provide data
